While buyers do sometimes buy sight unseen, I encourage my clients to make the trip over to inspect the purchase during the contingency period as nothing beats seeing a property with your own eyes.

For your convenience, the specification sheet will help you specify the type of Kauai property that you wish to purchase allowing us to get started in our search quickly and efficiently. We will work together to locate your property, decide on terms, conditions, & offering price specified in a written offer. I will present the offer, negotiate on your behalf, assist you in locating service providers, take care of tons of paperwork, and provide guidance & assistance all the way through close of escrow.

In most all instances, all these services are without cost to you. That is because a buyer's agent normally receives payment from the selling brokerage.
