The Cliffs at Princeville
On Kauai's North Shore
The Cliffs at Princeville is a resort condominium complex in Princeville (near Halalei) on the island of Kauai. It contains 204 units in 9 buildings on 21 acres. These low-rise buildings are 3 stories with top floor units having a loft which many use as an additional bedroom.. The complex sits on a blufftop overlooking the Pacific Ocean and many have a nice ocean view. Amenities include a pool, BBQ area, and tennis court. Short term vacation rentals are allowed here but pets are not. I stayed in a loft unit as a tourist many years ago and loved it.
