The project was built in 1993 and consists of 292 units in 28 building in an area bordered by Puhi Rd and Hanalima St . There are 2-4 units with 1 bedroom, 272 units with 2 bedrooms and 16 units with 3 bedrooms; median living area of 750 square feet ranges from 553 to 980 square feet. There is a mix of owner-occupied and long-term rentals. Short term rentals are not allowed. Pets are currently allowed with some restrictions; ground floor units with fenced yards are ideal for dog owners.
Halelani Village condominium documents include Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Condominium Declaration, and House Rules. Although providing a convenient reference, these documents are not "official" copies of documents recorded with the state of Hawaii. Escrow will provide official copies to buyers for review early in the escrow process.
A Halelani Village map provides a convenient reference for building locations and relative size. A more detailed Halelani Village Map shows unit numbers (large file size & a little messy but readable). Location is a key criteria for those preferring not to be located adjacent to a busy street. Ease of access is another criteria but that cannot readily be determined by the map. Ask for information if steps are an issue for you.
