The Hanapepe Heights residential area is located above Hanapepe Town itself and has a series of streets branching off Moi Road.  Homes located cliffside are officially in Cliffside at Hanapepe and many offer stunning views of Hanapepe Valley with Hanapepe River winding it's way to the ocean beyond.  It is a residential community with convenient access to local businesses below.

Within this area are 47 homesites that are part of the Hawaiian Homelands $1/year, 99-year government land lease program restricted to those with 50% or more Hawaiian blood.  Details of the program are provided by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.  These are the top 47 homesites on the west side of Moi Road extending from 4957 to 5185 Moi Road.

The Hanapepe Self-Help Subdivision is included in TMK 4-1-8 but is remote from Hanapepe Heights.  It's 24 homesites are located on the way to Salt Pond Beach Park just before the old airport.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no Hanapepe Heights homeowners associations and thus no document references are provided herein.  This should be verified in escrow.

Richard Dolbeare is the owner of a 5 bedroom home in Hanapepe Heights that he purchased in 2004.  He will likely be selling this home at some point since he no longer lives there.
