Kahala at Poipu Kai Resort is located in the heart of Poipu at 1901 Poipu Road. It has 82, 2-story units in 9 buildings on 9 acres of land. It has its own pool and BBQ area although most owners and guests prefer to the adjacent Poipu Kai Resort pool which is better for those wanting to socialize. Multiple tennis courts with a pro-shop are also adjacent to Kahala. The ocean side of the property is bordered by the Poipu Kai Resort greenbelt with wide-open spaces, tropical landscaping, and a meandering pathway to the beach. Like most of the Poipu resorts, this project was built in 1980. One bedroom units have 1 bath and 2 bedroom units have 2 baths. The living area ranges from 855 to 1072 square feet.
