Koloa Creekside Estates is a new community under development in historic Old Koloa Town on Kauai's South Shore near world-famous Poipu Beach.  Plans call for a mix of individual homesites mauka and condominiums on the makai side of the project.  Condominiums are to be 2 and 3 stories with the 2-story units fronting the roads to reduce visual impact on the area.  Architecture is to be "plantation style" in keeping with the charm of Old Koloa Town. 

Waikomo Stream meanders along the backside of the project and offers good bass fishing.  There are majestic monkeypod and banyan trees scattered throughout.  The project borders Weliweli Road & Waikomo Road and is located behind the Koloa Community Center.

"Lot" sizes range from 8,559 square feet to 1.83 acres.  The term "Lot" is not fully correct because these are CPR parcels, not subdivided lots.  A Koloa Creekside map showing the parcels is available for your viewing.
