Lae Nani is a resort condominium complex in Kapaa on Kauai's Coconut Coast located at 410 Papaloa Road.  It's an oceanfront, low-rise condominium fronting a nice sandy beach.  It's available for vacation rental, long term rental, or owner occupancy.  Onsite rental management is handled by Outrigger, a major Hawaiian management company.

Lae Nani is a gated community of 84 units in six, 3-story buildings.on over 4 acres.  Units featurefull kitchens, private lanais, an oceanfront heated pool, tennis court, and laundry facilities. 

As of early 2011, Kauai condo prices are flat to down but cost of money is increasing from earlier lows.  Since increases in cost of money are likely to overshadow any further cost decreases, now is the time to buy one of these units.
