Poipu Beach Estates
Poipu Beach Estates is a new project right in Poipu itself, convenient to world-famous Poipu Beach and the new Kukui'ula Village shops & restaurants. It's a new project with 106 lots, mostly in the 1/4 to 1/3 acre range in size.. First lot sales were in 2008 and many remain available. Some lots feature a peek at the nearby ocean although recently constructed Koloa Landing luxury condominiums obstruct much of the view.
